Antagen的慢病毒滴定XpressCard是一種快速側流免疫分析，可以快速確認包裝上清液中有用的慢病毒滴度*。該測試檢測釋放到包裝上清液中的慢病毒膠囊蛋白作為替代標記，以確定病毒產生是否為隨后的感染產生可用的滴度。與需要2-3天的常規基于再感染的測定相比，該測定僅需10-15分鐘。

*鼓勵用戶將T線強度與其自身感染系統中的功能滴度相關聯，因為不同的細胞類型對慢病毒具有不同的易感性。在上述實施例中，用連續稀釋的慢病毒包裝的上清液感染HEK293細胞。72小時后，在熒光顯微鏡下觀察表達ZsGreen的細胞。通過含有~2×10 6 IFU / ml的稀釋液（通過轉染的HEK293細胞的流式細胞術測量）產生暗紅線。
我們使用已知滴度的純化濃縮慢病毒原種的連續稀釋來測試我們的XpressCards的靈敏度。結果顯示檢測限為1×10 5 TU / ml或1×10 4 TU（100μL）。
